We buy a new set every year and they are perfect for the kids to go out and have fun at any time of the year. These in particular are non-insulated and perfect for spring, summer and fall. This style covers about mid-calf and is easy to slip on and off. If they get dirty, just rinse them out! Great purchase and cute design. true to size!
