I hope the power supply doesn't fail as it is the weak point of most cafe/patio pendant lights. I had to replace another set because I couldn't get a replacement power adapter from this supplier. Instead of wasting good money after bad money, I decided to try another provider/model. I like these color options a lot more, although I was concerned about the brightness as this set only comes with 15 bulbs (instead of 24 in the previous type). The light color options are very bright. In fact, they don't darken much at all - I would like better darkening. The remote control(s) are small and awkward to use, but I had no issues with functionality. I personally find flashing modes obnoxious and stupid and will not use them. There were no instructions included. I would have preferred a slider with a color wheel, but that could be limited by the technology required by the application, which I wanted to avoid. The loops at the top are small but fit the hooks I used previously. The wiring is not as strong as my previous kit. However, when they don't fail, I generally like these lights.
