Not at all what I expected.
The shampoo makes nutrition claims, says it's for sensitive skin, and is enhanced with probiotics (?) In actuality, this is merely a wash that thoroughly cleans the hair and scalp. Although it may result with excessive peeling and dryness, I do not think it is soft. As its primary effects are cleansing and volume, it won't give nourishment or hydration. I was let down by the purchase because. I was trying to find a shampoo that will thoroughly clean without being too drying.
