Review on Royal Designs CO 1001D BLK 8 1 Inline Replacement by Patrick Matin

I received what I purchased, two 8 foot black SPT 1-18 AWG lamp cords. I use this for industrial lamps. - Plug wire 1.5", stripped 5/8", wire ends tinned 0.25" - Dimmer is 30" from the bare end of the wire / about 5'4" from the end of the plug 🔌. - They were amazing easy to install - The black cable is said to be abrasion resistant, but I saw quite a bit of cable stripping when I ran it through 1/2" pipe and thought it would be wise to channel tape around the cable from the stripped end to the dimmer.- only minus for me was the 30" distance from the stripped ends to the dimmer. When I ran this section through the conduits I had very little wire left, the dimmer should have hung much higher off the wall, than I intended.
