The dosing system is a disaster, but it can be adjusted.
I bought it second hand and couldn't get the capsules. (Where did they go?) That stupid "syringe in a tiny cup" system really drips no matter how careful you are. And the dosing cup cannot be cleaned. But if you can find a real pharmacy, they can help you by selling you a dosing cap and an oral syringe. They are commonly used to deliver liquid medicines to children. I poured it into a bottle and drew it up to 1.25ml with an oral syringe. There are dispenser caps that are completely wedged into the bottle neck and you use a regular top cap or those that replace the cap and have a built in cap (see picture).
