Welactin Omega-3 Fish Oil: Enhancing Cat's Skin and Coat Health with Liquid Supplement Review

My 3 star rating is based on the fish oil dispenser. The oil itself worked pretty quickly. My cat's fur is much softer and looks healthier. The bottle cap leaks horribly. On dispensing, oil collects in the opening of the cap where the pinch tube is lowered as the bottle is capped. If not wiped off before capping, it will push the oil from the neck down the sides of the bottle. I wipe off more oil than I use and end up wasting more product than I actually use on a daily basis.

I bought this for my cat to help with dry skin. It helped with her scaly, itchy skin, but both bottles I ordered had to be thrown out before I could empty the bottle. I kept it in a cool, dark and dry place, but over time I noticed that both bottles were starting to smell rancid. I don't eat cat fish oil so I base my taste rating on smell and cat reactions. Fish oil smells like fish glands and doesn't turn me on. The cat eats it along with its wet food using an elaborate ritual and hand-feeding. The dog can't get enough of this stuff and would rate it an 8 if it could.
