I was transitioning primarily to Mac products, but found that I needed a small Windows PC for some programs, as well as access to several external drives that had not yet been formatted to work on a Mac were. When I received this product I found the installation instructions effective and the process easy. My wife is the main user of this system and she loves it. Its size makes it a winner in my book. I would suggest getting a bracket to mount this PC on the back of a monitor to save even more space. I would also recommend having a separate external drive for main file storage as storage space on this device is fairly limited.
