The device is a good size for a desktop and installs quickly. However, the list was completely dishonest with two features included. At the top of the list, Bluetooth and HDMI were used as enabled features. They were both wrong. I was transitioning primarily to Mac products, but found that I needed a small Windows PC for some programs, as well as access to several external drives that had not yet been formatted to work on a Mac were. When I received this product I found the installation instructions effective and the process easy. My wife is the main user of this system and she loves it. Its size makes it a winner in my book. ## Updated on 08/10/2020 ## It's been about 3 months, no major problems yet. I've included a few front and back photos for those who want to see the size and placement of the ports. I'm running a Linux flavor on it, I use about 8-12 hours a day so it's not running 24/7, it's closing. From what I've read, turning the computer on and off is usually harder on a PC, so it's holding up pretty well so far. I occasionally boot into the Windows 10 partition for updates, everything works there, USB etc.

My kit didn't come with a keyboard or mouse as shown in the pictures but I didn't bother about that. I ordered this and the i3 version from the same supplier a day later and the second arrived today with mouse and keyboard (new/not even opened!). I would buy one or both without the keyboard and mouse if that was an option as I have a few extras anyway. (Why add more clutter when you're downsizing computers to free up disk space anyway?
