Very powerful oven, heats food as expected, hence the three stars. Easy to use. However, the outer metal plate heats up to the limit, especially at the top back and right, and only after 5 minutes of use. It was also a lot louder than any microwave we've ever had. While I'm not usually concerned about the noise, I was concerned it might be a sign of an underlying problem. Maybe mine was defective so I sent it back. Revain did a great job of accepting my return so I can't give the B&D microwave less stars, but I can't give it more either. Many Thanks.
