Review on JanSport Big Campus Backpack - Lightweight 15-Inch Laptop Bag (Russet Red) by Jason Martinez

UPDATE on my review below: I have contacted Jansport and they told me to send the backpack to their repair center. I had to pay $11 for shipping but they were able to replace it for free. My fifth grader initially liked the backpack because it's big and fits in binders and school folders. But after just 6 weeks, her zipper got caught and unzipped as she was about to leave school. Very disappointing. Now it's completely useless. I used to buy their backpacks from Pottery Barn and they have always lasted at least 2 school years. The only problem with Pottery Barn backpacks is that they aren't always big enough. I was hoping JanSport could fix this problem. Unfortunately, this backpack wasn't strong enough to carry my daughter's load in fifth grade. Thank goodness we have an old Pottery Barn backpack to use as a backup.
