Probably wouldn't buy this again.
While making my balloon garland, about 15 orange balloons just popped for no reason. When assembling the balloons, about 4 or 5 sea balloons burst. I had enough balloons left because I added my own white balloons to the garland. The next morning about 10 balloons were deflated on the garland. I am very upset that the quality of the balloons was so bad. Probably wouldn't buy this again.
