I like that it can be used to manage our project documents for many years after completion of work so we have all information about what was done previously available at any time or place when needed! It's easy enough also very well made software but not too expensive even if you want most functions included (we didn't need them). Maybe some more options would help as there are times where one specific function isn't exactly clear from manual how-to instructions; however this could just mean lack of knowledge / understanding by user rather than fault with program itself - maybe try use live chat support option? We were looking into managing multiple projects within same organization using single system which allowed us centralize management across team members working remotely without duplication effort & risk of losing files/documents etc.
