I don't find this review entirely negative/positive but rather constructive for the target buyers. Zippers get stuck when cornering. The pockets are very roomy and much wider than the advertised image. Based on the "gorilla grip" and the secondary "reinforced buttons" I expected the buttons to be reinforced with a fancy "grip" support that would at least minimally result in such features not only need to be exaggerated once, but twice. That's not the case. They are simple and very standard side holds with a bit of texture. All "reinforced" means are that they are connected by a cross stitch and a line stitch. Aside from the exaggerated text about pens, these are good standard cases that hold a lot and are well worth the price. They are great for storing clothes. Men's trousers / jeans folded in half fit perfectly in two high rows. I don't expect these bags to be able to hold and carry anything heavier. Overall, depending on your intended use, I would recommend this purchase for the price
