I bought a package and set it up. The video quality was great and the interface was easy to use. The problem is that a year later he died completely. I isolated any potential problems (I used to work with CCTV) and confirmed that the DVR itself is garbage. I used the same power supply and video line with a different brand camera and DVR and the monitor recognized them perfectly. The IR lights on the cameras come on at night so I know they have power. It's disappointing that the durability of these units is rubbish. I submitted a ticket to Swann Support and was told not to wait two weeks for a response! I have no hope of replacing the unit and I have to buy all new cameras as the cameras that come with this kit are not recognized by branded DVRs, this is a separate issue. If your block lasts, it will work great.
