My mother has had insomnia all her life. She studied sleep, took magnesium, warm showers, melatonin and so on. She woke up 2-3 times and usually didn't sleep from 12-3 for no reason. I decided to order this for her not expecting it to work but what harm could it do? Mom woke up refreshed. She woke up only once but was able to go back to sleep easily, although she usually tosses and turns for hours. I don't know what the voodoo in this potion is, but I'm eternally grateful for it. She feels a lot better! She says the flavor isn't the best, but if you add a little honey, it turns out great. However, she refuses honey. Definitely worth a try and for the price you can't beat it!
