Because of the bumps on the big toes, all toes are bent. My second and third fingers hurt the most. I wear them at night and wear gel flip flops during the day. I hope that over time my fingers will straighten out or at least not rub against each other and cause pain. My toes really blossomed when I took these socks off in the morning, but after walking around a bit, they started to get crooked again. I'll let you know in a few months if anything changes. I have two pairs so wash one and change them. You can sleep in it, but you can't walk or wear shoes, they are too thick. I recommend them for toe pain and comfort.
