Great upgrade for Wyze Cam. Installed for a month or so. The ball mount seems to hold the position well after adjustment. It has been raining heavily lately and no problems with weather protection. Two small notes: 1) The white color of the case doesn't quite match the white color of the mount, but that's a minor thing. . You can see the color difference in the attached picture. If that really bothers you, just spray paint the entire bracket and body the same color. 2) There is no hole in the bracket to route the camera cable if you drill it into the wall so I drilled my own 3/4. an inch hole on the bottom of the plastic mounting ring so that the wall mounting ring will cover the hole I drilled in the wall so I can run the power cord through it. See image. Again, this is not a big deal, but the manufacturer should take this into account in future versions of the product.
