Review on Paul Plus Whetstone Sharpening Waterstone by Matt Conner

This is an amazingly fine knife sharpening stone. There are two stones in 1000 and 1600 grit, a wet stone guide, as well as a leveling stone and socket holder piece. It is easy to assemble and prepare for knife sharpening after reading the instructions. The instruction is clear. It takes a few tries to get used to it. The results are amazing, after a few minutes the knives are sharper and it feels great.
