Fairly easy to assemble, my daughter was happy to try it right after assembly, she would even become a parent to use the potty and use the word 'potty' I told her taught her to walk into the toilet just so she can sit on the toilet and say it's done without doing anything lol! It's very cute but I think there should be better instructions or maybe letters on each piece to make it easier for people to build with the picture they sent in but overall it's pretty easy to build if You pay attention, and if not, you can always watch the instruction video online. My daughter was almost 1 1/2 when she first started using this product and I love that I chose this product as when my older children were smaller we had to use a small potty and man always had to empty and clean it, so it wasn't my favorite job. This one goes straight to the toilet and I love it.
