House wine is a bit sluggish? Correct PH value
The correct PH value is very important for "bright" wine. This acid blend does not appear to provide a "shut off" when correcting for too high a pH. Normally it should be between 3.4 and 3.6, 9f higher, use a good acid mix and this one seems pretty good.
