I've had it for over a year and despite very heavy use I've never had a problem. The cable that connects the charger to the Surface doesn't seem very sturdy, but there are still no breaks in the connectors that happened with the original charger. The only downside is that sometimes the light on the computer connector does not light up when plugged in. It is charged but not visible in the light. It just needs to be reconfigured. But that's a small issue that I can live with, especially for the price I paid.
