Review on πŸ“· TheiaPro Eyeglasses Camera (Black) with App Connectivity for Enhanced Capability in Recording by Sangmin Barrett

Revainrating 2 out of 5

I like the concept but the execution needs improvement

A way to record out loud and take photos without tying a video camera to your head. What a great concept, but I think TheiaPro still needs to work on it. Out of the box, the goggles fit my head perfectly, so I didn't have to change the off-camera mount to make adjustments. The first thing I thought was what if someone who needs glasses wants to use them? The camera side feels a bit heavy to attach to lighter glasses. Another thing that came to mind was that if I used this one outside, I wouldn't have sunscreen. Setting up the app was easy enough, and pairing the app with the glasses was easy as well. The indicator lights on the camera are a bit confusing and if you don't use them all the time you'll have to refer back to the instructions every time. There is no hard disk space in the camera. You need to buy a mini SD card. You should really include. Note that the camera will get warm. You will feel it on the side of your head. Doesn't burn that hot, but warm. So pictures and videos. You don't get a clear picture. Her head has a natural tilt. Despite previous reviews, the quality is good. You need to upload the picture from the SD card to the app on your phone. some kind of pain Taking pictures with the button on the camera is not convenient. You can't tell what you're filming unless you're looking at the phone app. You can also use the button in the phone app. In fact, it's a lot easier to take a picture with your phone and forget about your glasses altogether. The video is just weird. The camera only records in 1-minute increments. Instead of one continuous video (over 1 minute), you can merge them with any editing software. You need to re-download from the SD card to the application on your phone. In fact, it would be easier to pull out the phone. You have to have it anyway to see what you're recording. Looking for cute POV shots? The camera is slightly to the left. The quality is excellent and clear as soon as you download it to your phone. Looking at it in the app it looks grainy. After about 10 minutes of use, a third of the battery was discharged.

Pros
  • One year trial period
Cons

Waste of money, the baterry overheats and the side with the camera slants due to weight.
