The sound quality is actually very good. Speakerphone is decent. Image quality is good too, but there are only two resolution settings that don't seem to really change the image. Showing the face (with the screen closed) is completely useless, it seems to me that it shows a bunch of zeros. There is no clock display on the dial (when closed), and the small clock display on the open screen shows the time randomly. You cannot fast forward or rewind individual songs. The DVD player will jump to random places at random times.
