Social draft allows me to track my leads/sales leads very efficiently. I can pull up data of any prospect or contact in order to know what they are interested in. The only thing i dislike about this software is that not everyone has access to its features. It's a great tool if you're looking for a CRM system. If you want something more professional than this, try it out. You will be glad you did! I am solving problems that lead generation and customer service have been doing for years without a solution. The best part is that it is integrated with our CRM and helps us to have a 360 view of our customers. The only downside is that it is a bit complex to use in comparison to other tools. It is a bit expensive. If you are looking for a tool that will help you to have a 360 view of your customers and manage your social media accounts then go for it.
