Review on Premium Alltripal 16-Piece Kitchen Knife Set: German Stainless Steel Blades, Japanese Pom Handles, and Wooden Block with Sharpener by Wayne Flores

My 21 year old son just moved into his first apartment. One of the kitchen items he wanted were knives, but they didn't have a lot of drawer or cabinet space. He would use the steak knives that came with his vegetable and steak serving sets, chicken. We decided to order this set of knives for him based on the videos posted by other buyers of this set. I wanted him to have a quality set but not too expensive as it can be shared with his roommates. Most cooking shows advertise hard handle knives and warn about similar sets with black handles, but after opening and using this set I find it to be a well made set. The holder is a solid block of oak of a rich dark brown colour. Black and stainless steel make this set stunning and beautiful. The knives are made from high quality materials and will definitely be a set to use for many, many years until it can move into its own home. I appreciate that the knives are forged entirely from stainless steel to prevent rust if he takes good care of them, especially washing them. Just like high-end knives, you should NEVER put them in the dishwasher. Warning, this is SHARP and this set includes all sorts of cutting blades you might need in your 20s or even after 20 years of marriage.
