They are great! I like this knife set very much. Each knife in the set is very sharp. I used to have a Faberware set and these knives were heavy, dull (even after sharpening) and rusted constantly. This new set is the complete opposite. Lightweight to reduce hand fatigue. So sharp I'm afraid to touch the blade and they clean up quickly. Bought 3 sets for Christmas: one set for sister and son-in-law, dad and me! I was pleasantly surprised at the quality, they are very spicy! Cuts meat and raw vegetables like butter! Like most knife sets, these start out sharp but dull over time. However, this knife set is different from our other knife sets. Not only were these knives sharp, they have remained sharp to this day.
