Review on Premium Alltripal 16-Piece Kitchen Knife Set: German Stainless Steel Blades, Japanese Pom Handles, and Wooden Block with Sharpener by Mike Cooper

They are great! I like this knife set very much. Each knife in the set is very sharp. I used to have a Faberware set and these knives were heavy, dull (even after sharpening) and rusted constantly. This new set is the complete opposite. Lightweight to reduce hand fatigue. So sharp I'm afraid to touch the blade and they clean up quickly. The block is really strong (although not my favorite color) and the steak knives steal the show. In general an excellent set for the money, I think I will use it for a long time.
