Okay guys here is what I think about this chair. First, it was shipped quickly and received within 2 days with proper delivery. Upon inspection after opening the box, all items were boxed or boxed and there were no small parts in the box. Assembly wasn't difficult, it took me half an hour from unpacking to fully assembling. When assembling this chair, I noticed that the center hub is metal but has plastic arms that the wheels fit into, which is a bit of a shock since the chair holds 500 pounds. But I bought this jacket, I needed a chair to sit on my leg that would fit perfectly. Now the armrests are perfect for me, I no longer have to bend down to support my arm/elbow. The seat and backrest are soft and comfortable. now height. When the seat is fully extended (up), my feet are off the ground. and when fully lowered, my feet and legs are straight on the chair. if i buy another time i say b/ci i'm heavy on the chair so after 6 months i will finish this review. Overall the chair is great, my butt and lower back don't hurt from sitting for a long time and there is plenty of room in the chair to move around and there is room to sit/support my leg. and due to the fact that it's fabric, your back doesn't sweat like a leather/leather chair. My weight is 300 pounds if that helps because I figured a heavier chair would last longer. Hence 4 stars because the base is not entirely metal, just the hub. but I like it.
