This tool has been fantastic for us - we've been able to assess and highlight portfolio companies that may require attention. They use an excel model that gives them data for each company to analyze, helping to identify potential problems and issues. The dashboard allows us to drill down into the specific metrics we're looking for. I've seen them use it in two ways - either identifying problematic trends that could be an early sign of trouble (e.g., too many user signups vs. engagement) or finding opportunities that will help us grow our business (e.g., potential partnerships). We've found them to be incredibly thorough, responsive, and detail oriented. The fact that they follow up so often is really reassuring. They take the time to ask thoughtful questions, even if they seem redundant. It's refreshing! They do a great job making sure the information they share is accurate, transparent, and actionable. We appreciate their commitment to clarity and transparency. I would definitely recommend them.
