The ability for me as an agency, or even just myself in general is able make changes quickly without having any technical knowledge of what I'm doing because it's so easy! It took about 5 minutes with no previous experience at all before we realized that this was going be something more than our current process which included emailing support multiple times over 2 weeks until they finally got back too us (and then only after asking "are you serious?").

They really should have been upfront from day 1 - but their sales team were very quick getting onboard once i showed them how great everything could work!! We've increased both conversions AND ROI by using street metrics across many different campaigns & channels such as Facebook Ads etc..
