This roller works as advertised. I use mine to clean carpets and hardwood floors. I made a lid out of a Pringles jar to keep it clean and ready to use. Pringles can be cut 3/4" wide and 8" long. I made two small holes about three inches on the bottom of the glass to attach the rubber band in. I made a 1/2 inch cut down the center of the bodice and threaded the elastic through. I used a penny to attach the elastic. I covered the penny with duct tape. You can decorate the jar with contact paper for beauty.
