Less than a month after receiving the item and installing it I would say 5 stars for easy installation for a newbie. Removing the old anti-roll bars was another matter. I bought a grease gun and applied two drops of grease through the fittings, when I spoke to the tech they were only lightly greased and installed grease fitting caps to be on the safe side. Overall I give 4 stars for performance and durability. Just so you know, I followed my car's (2007 Rav4) specs for torque requirements. I bought and installed them with quick release struts on both sides.
