Ordered a while ago when I was running low on ink; just installed and discovered that at least one of the two ink cartridges is defective resulting in a "cartridge/printhead" error on my printer which I am unable to resolve. Reseating the old HP cartridge fixes the error and prints easily, so I know the problem is with that cartridge and not my hardware. My main complaint is that the seller did not provide/include a phone number or email contact information for customer service in their materials to resolve the issue. That leaves me perplexed.
