Review on 📱 Tenergy Vitalis Body Fat Scale: Bluetooth Connected Digital Weight Scale with High Precision BMI, Large Backlit LCD, and Max Weight of 400 Pounds - iOS/Android Compatible by Will Singh

I bought this scale to track my weight loss progress. The big advantage was that it had an app that connected via bluetooth. I sadly have to admit that these scales are terribly variable in their measurements and the app is difficult to understand and follow compared to others I've used in the past. In the last 3 mornings I have weighed myself 3 times, each within 15 seconds and the scale has given me weights ranging from 0.5 to 1.5 pounds per minute. This doesn't leave me confident in the accuracy of the scale itself, and I haven't found any information on how to calibrate or tare the scale. but if I want to rely on the validity of measurements, this scale is not suitable.
