Better than using a kitchen chair all day while working from home during a pandemic! It was easy to assemble and included an Allen key, but the instructions didn't match the parts or labels I received. The base shown was a single piece, but in fact one leg of the base was shortened (probably to save on shipping). There is a joint into which you need to snap a separate element at a right angle, and then fold it. The screws that came with it were marked g1, g2 and g3, but the manual says z7, z16 and z19. Use the longest screws to attach the backrest. So far it seems pretty strong.
