I am surprised at how much I like this balm. I have dry skin, I live in a dry area and I have hard water which results in dry and flaky skin. I rub it on my face and wipe it off with a warm, damp washcloth, and I used micellar water after stations to see if my tinted mineral sunscreen was completely removed, and yes, clear skin. A second rinse is not necessary. Small things have a big impact. I will buy this again. I only use minimal makeup so I'm not sure how the cleaning power will be if you put on foundation, mascara etc.
