Great product. Bought on the recommendation of Dr. Dray and I love it! It is mild enough to apply to the eyes without stinging. The description of this product on Revain states that there are 2 packs and mine only came with one. No return despite misleading wording to the contrary. Just something to be aware of. The product is great and is around 9.99 in store anyway, but this is just a warning to anyone buying this special offer thinking they are getting two for one. Hope that helps!

Hard and clumpy. It's so bold it's impossible to rip it off! Not a single detergent will remove it, I've tried a lot. You should use a towel or cotton pads and rub to remove it, and then wash your face with very warm water about three times to remove it. It's terrible. I threw it away. I really like this makeup remover balm. I use it as a first step to remove sunscreen, eye or face makeup. This is one of the few balms that is fragrance free and designed for sensitive skin. Very cheap as a pharmacy brand. The only other unscented brand I've used is Pond's Fragrance Free Cold Cream, but it's quite thick and difficult to wash off. For those of you writing reviews saying it has too much residue or is too difficult to wash off, you'll need to use something like micellar water (I use Garnier as shown in the photo I uploaded). I am surprised at how much I like this balm. I have dry skin, I live in a dry area and I have hard water which results in dry and flaky skin. I rub it on my face and wipe it off with a warm, damp washcloth, and I used micellar water after stations to see if my tinted mineral sunscreen was completely removed, and yes, clear skin.
