I was very happy with this purchase. I'm a mom who loves to suck every day. I was very happy to get something that could help me with my daily tasks. After comparing a number of "budget" vacuums and reading many reviews I settled on this one. After 1 day of use I was really disappointed but I wanted to give it (we even gave it a name lol) the right to doubt. So let's start with the cons: 1. on the second day of using >vac life!. as you can see in the attached picture - on the second day I turn it on and after 10 minutes it died! I mean, I literally just cleaned the living room, that's all. For your information, my house is very small. I called the svc customer and they advised me to change my charging location. Which I did and it seems this "fixed" the problem. Now it can suck up to 35 minutes.2. On the second day of use > He couldn't find a place to charge. This was also "fixed" when I moved the charging station to the living room. I scheduled him to clean up when we weren't home. When my husband arrived he found him dead in the middle of the living room. So we had to move it several times.3. The app sucks! when I connected it to my phone (bluetooth) for some reason it disconnected after 10 or 15 minutes so I have to turn off the vacuum everywhere it's vacuuming and reconnect via bluetooth which restarts everything ( map, area cleaning, etc.) I programmed it to clean at 8am every day. but since it keeps disconnecting, it keeps clearing my chart. 4 cleaning is so slow. He will rub the same area over and over again to move little by little. ProsNoneIm gives 1 more week to try if I missed something. I will ask my husband to take a look at the app. If it's still the same, I will most likely return. **updateOmg! I don't understand how anyone can give this vacuum cleaner 5*. I returned it and chose Roborock S4. On the first day I saw a HUGE difference. This vacuum is much faster, it actually creates a map so you can choose which rooms to vacuum and it finds a spot to charge. It's very efficient. This time I went for a vacuum cleaner that has better suction and not affliction.
