Pretty good for sports nutrition
This is probably the first meal replacement powder I've bought that isn't spicy. It really satisfies hunger pangs and goes well with smoothies. It's hard to find a dairy-free powder that doesn't irritate my taste buds or give me a stomach ache from all the added chemicals and sweeteners. It wasn't bad and I would buy it again. good value
