Too many people leave reviews here, they don't know about the rules for manufacturing and labeling dietary supplements, and it shows. Below I give a detailed overview, if you want a short version go to the very bottom, search for "TLDR". in my line of work, I am very qualified to speak on this subject. Firstly, they haven't changed their formula, they have updated the supplement facts as there have been several updated FDA guidelines that all supplement manufacturers should follow, especially if you follow GMP guidelines. And second, the inclusion of all these ingredients as a proprietary blend, as the name suggests, protects their dosage as it's very easy for someone off the street to provide the manufacturer with a quantitative formula and knock them down, but neither can the dosages anymore freely stated on the label. Enough said. According to their website, they follow ingredient testing according to GMP recommendations, so nothing changes in the composition and formula itself, relax keyboard warriors. Let's talk about the product itself! The powder is very, for lack of a better word, powdery, if you're not careful it will get everywhere! The shape is as it should be, like flour, just ignore the smell, that's what real EAA smells like. Taste: Definitely tasteless and terrible as it should be. While you could spend a little more to get a flavored version from other sellers, I bought this one for its amazing value and you have to accept the caveat that it's downright gross. So you really want to mix it with something, you can't take it straight off the spoon like creatine. Usage: Everyone has their usual use for this dietary supplement. I personally practice intermittent fasting and specifically eat a high protein meal every 48 hours. , and to improve protein synthesis I take this morning and night. Unfortunately since I make it fast I don't have the luxury of mixing it with juice and I have to mix it with decaf, first world problems right? Results: You can definitely tell it's 100% EAA, most mornings ghrelin tells me I'm hungry and right after taking EAA it completely satiates my hunger. For those trying to build muscle, this is definitely a great addition to your routine. This has improved my productivity and the gain in mirror and scope is clear! TLDR: The product formulation has been updated to reflect new labeling guidelines to protect their proprietary blend, dosages have not changed. I highly recommend this product especially if you are fasting. If you're new to EAA, mix it with juice or something else to cover up the natural bad taste. With a solid regime and a thoughtful diet, you can expect this to be a great arsenal for your quest to increase lean muscle mass.
