Review on ⌚ Peugeot Ladies' Genuine Leather Easy Read Watch with Oversized Dial by Michelle Cooper

I bought this watch a year ago and I really like it - it's bright, stylish and goes with everything. BUT very badly done. The small strip holding the strap immediately began to fall apart. Then I recently noticed a dirty haze on the INSIDE of the glass. Strange, I thought, how can dirt even get in there? (Also, I work in an office - I don't wear this watch to gardening, work, or other dirty/sweaty activities.) The battery died soon after. I took it to the jeweler who immediately noticed that the case back didn't fit and the inside of the case was very dirty, which he had never seen on a watch that was only a year old. When he finally carefully (I watched him) put the back panel back in place, the windscreen shattered. We were both amazed. Watches are generally designed to withstand repeated opening and closing (for a battery change!) so this shouldn't have been a problem. I hate to say it but if you buy this watch don't expect it to last long. Mine just went in the trash.
