Review of the SILIVO online store: Unsatisfactory Customer Service

I recently bought something from SILIVO's online store, and I was unhappy with the transaction. Although the product selection was remarkable, the level of customer service might have been far better. First of all, navigating the checkout process was challenging and complicated. I took a lot longer than I ought to to finish my buy. I requested assistance from customer service, however the person I spoke with was unhelpful and appeared irritated by my inquiries. Even worse, when my order was delivered, the item was harmed. I immediately contacted SILIVO's customer care department to request a refund or replacement, but I only encountered additional annoyance. I got off the phone with a representative who was condescending and useless, which made me angry and dissatisfied. I didn't have a good overall experience with SILIVO's online store. Although the product variety is great, it is challenging to recommend due to the perplexing checkout process and inadequate customer care. It might be advisable to explore elsewhere if you need kitchen and home necessities.
