Like the previous reviewer, I used this to convert my 26" Rapid box to a Bowens mount. The factory supplied flash ring is secured with 4 screws which can be removed and replaced with a Bowens insert. In combination with the S Mount, this insert makes it easier to assemble and disassemble the Rapid Box.
