Waste of money best exterior decoration

This rug looked ok. However, when it rains, the water just stays in as it doesn't drain. The back is made of solid rubber. When I decided to remove it for this reason it was stuck to my flooring. I had to take it off which ruined the paintwork. I threw it away after 2 weeks.
