I've never been to a yoga class, only tried it on the Wii Fit and used a few yoga DVDs. I LOVE this yoga "game". I started as a beginner and feel like I'm getting a lot of guidance to get the poses right. I look forward to it every morning and I'm always happy when I push myself to the next level. At first I felt like it was more of a relaxing stretch, now I'm sweating and really working my muscles. I love the sun salutations flows and breathing instructions. I notice a significant improvement in my balance, flexibility and muscle tone. Update from 05.06.11. I still use it about 4-5 times a week and I LOVE it! I change goals to make them new and interesting, and I've created a "custom" workout using many of my favorite poses. I'm in great shape and still looking forward to my Wii Yoga.
