Great tool and customer service: Data Security Platform
I like that it's easy to use for my organization as well has being able find out what is going wrong when something goes awry in our environment! The support team can be slow at responding sometimes but overall they are great!! We have been using this product since 2016 now so we cannot really say anything about any changes or improvements over time because nothing much changed from day one until today (now). It does its job very good without me having too many issues while working around other applications such us Salesforce etc..
Pros
- That you get quick responses if there ever was an issue with your system, plus their customer service reps were extremely helpful whenever needed them during those hard times where everything just seemed fine yet then all hell broke loose after hours later..lol :) They kept providing immediate response even though most companies would take days before replying back especially here down under Australia which takes ages due to holidays/sick leave &

- I don't really have any dislikes about this, everything is just fine
