Product cleans well and the pressure increases plaque/food removal slightly. Although it appears functionally great, the product failed within a day of use. Complete nonsense from personal experience. The brush continues to work, but the base station has already failed, which I can tell by the fact that it has no blue connection indicator and the brush is no longer charging. The brush comes with a mindless travel case. This brush is not so good that you want to travel with it in a suitcase. Waterpik has poor quality assurance from what I've seen in the past. I bought a shower head that has been broken for 2 years. I've never broken a shower head, but one sprayer did because it had cheap plastic parts. In general, avoid the irrigator at all costs. I would rather return it than get a replacement and try again because the first one didn't look promising at all. All in all incredibly disappointed.
