I am very satisfied with this product. I have a car with Bluetooth, so there are no hands-free issues in this car. But not my second machine. When driving down the freeway with my phone on speakerphone, the volume on the phone itself just isn't high enough to hear well. I have to attend a conference call almost every night that I spend in the car on my way home, so I looked for a fairly inexpensive Bluetooth device to use that would allow for hands-free calling along with a good speaker and microphone. This little product delivers. It's easy to use, has a very good speaker and microphone. Another benefit is that I never forget to turn off this device, but I can still go a week without charging. It may not have additional features, but if you're looking for something for the same reasons I am, then this product is for you.
