Item arrived safe and sound, packaging was good if not too good. The headphone case itself is a bit heavier than I'm used to from Airpods or Galaxy Buds, but that makes sense given the size of the earbuds. They produce great sound out of the box and can be customized to your liking. The bass is pretty good, which is what I usually do. I also tried it for calls and the voice quality was consistent, as was the microphone picking me up. It comes with a variety of form-fitting accessories to fit any ear. Comes with a charging cable! They say there is a 1 year guarantee, so it's always good to know that a company is willing to back their product. Overall a good choice if you want to stand out from the usual brands.
