Very Very Soft

Is the roving very soft? I bought it to protect my toes from shoes. Works great without being bulky. Machine washed on gentle cycle with cold water works very well. As soft as it started.

Fell apart and ripped when putting in doll head. I would not buy again. Waste of money.
